The exhibition displays 100 images about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh.

On the morning of May 17, the Organizing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City's major holidays opened a photo exhibition to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and the 114th anniversary of Uncle Ho's departure to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911 - June 5, 2025), at Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1). The exhibition will run from now until June 11.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Huynh Thanh Dat, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union; Nguyen Manh Cuong, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association; Huynh Thanh Nhan, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Nguyen Thanh Trung, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Nguyen Tho Truyen, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee...

The exhibition will take place at 3 locations: Dong Khoi Street (in front of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City), Dong Khoi Street (opposite Chi Lang Park) and Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, at the intersection with Hai Trieu Street).

At Nguyen Hue walking street, the Organizing Committee displayed 100 images with the theme: "President Ho Chi Minh - The great national hero, the shining crystallization of morality, intelligence, spirit, and conscience of the Vietnamese people and the era".

The exhibition outlines the life of President Ho Chi Minh from his childhood to the time he decided to leave to find a way to save the country. Under the light of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought, the Communist Party of Vietnam led the Vietnamese revolution to historic victories, opening an era of independence and freedom for the nation, and now the whole country is confidently entering a new era - the era of national growth.

On Dong Khoi Street (in front of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City), an exhibition with the theme "The beloved South is always in His heart" includes 70 photos. The exhibition introduces images expressing President Ho Chi Minh's deep affection and special concern for the South during the arduous years of revolutionary struggle. That affection has always been an invaluable spiritual strength, a great source of encouragement for the army and people of the South in the cause of national liberation and national reunification.

On Dong Khoi Street (opposite Chi Lang Park), 50 photos are displayed with the theme "President Ho Chi Minh - A shining example of self-study and lifelong learning". The exhibition introduces documents and photos about President Ho Chi Minh's learning and training process from his childhood to when he became a great leader of the nation and some typical books, newspapers and magazines written by him or directly directed the creation and implementation... throughout his revolutionary activities.
