Tinh’s audience was initially mainly Dao people and local people. But then, through likes and shares, his videos reached more people in the province, then spread to audiences in the South and Central regions. Many urban viewers expressed their excitement at seeing unique cultural identities that they rarely had the opportunity to come into contact with.
Through the footage shared on his social media platforms, Ban Van Tinh has also connected many charity trips to ethnic minority areas in the locality as well as other provinces with billions of VND. Thanks to that, Ban Van Tinh was honored to receive many Certificates of Merit from the authorities of Ha Giang and Lao Cai provinces; many thank you letters from the People's Committees of communes and districts where Tinh connected the charity groups to.
Although challenging, content creation in the highlands has brought Ban Van Tinh certain achievements. Both of his YouTube channels have been enabled for monetization, bringing in significant revenue. In addition to filming, he continues to study Chinese characters, work as a shaman, and farm to earn more money to cover his living expenses and invest in more filming equipment.

Looking forward to the next 3-5 years, Tinh hopes to develop his channel even more strongly, especially in terms of language, planning to add English subtitles to introduce the national cultural identity to international friends. He also constantly learns to bring better and more meaningful videos about Dao culture and other ethnic groups in Ha Giang. A great joy for Tinh is that in 2024, he guided and helped two young people, a Tay born in 2012 and a Dao born in 2003, to build channels and create videos on social networking platforms. He was also inspired by the Secretary of the Quang Binh District Youth Union to participate in social security activities and volunteer for the community.

Ban Van Tinh emotionally shared: “Artist Ly Minh Cuong (Mong ethnic group), Reporter Cao Tuan Ninh (Ethnic and Development Newspaper), are the people who have inspired, always accompanied, commented and guided Tinh to have new perspectives, perfect existing skills to create unique products on social networking platforms”.

To the young generation of ethnic minorities, Ban Van Tinh sincerely shared: "My friends, Tinh is also a person with very difficult circumstances and lives in a remote area. So in the process of learning and studying, Tinh knows that only by studying and having knowledge can he help himself and his family, help society and especially his homeland. You should always study forever, study more and be a shining example for young people to follow." He also reminded young people not to forget to learn and preserve the cultural identities left by their ancestors, because "If culture remains, the nation remains".
Mr. Ban Van Tinh and his family are currently living in Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province.
The most valuable thing that Ban Van Tinh received on this journey was personal development, the opportunity to preserve valuable footage for future generations, and a portion of income to continue pursuing his passion. Among the remote villages, the image of Uncle Ho and the saying "Small people do small jobs, according to their strength, dig mountains and fill seas, determination will make it happen" along with the melodies of the song "Doan Ca" always exist in the mind of this young union member.
Ban Van Tinh, with his determination and burning love for culture, is writing an inspiring story about a son of the mountains and forests of Ha Giang, a keeper of national heritage in the digital age.
