The forum is part of the 4.0 industry and service development program for the 2020-2030 period and is a cooperative event with the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The goal of HEF 2025 is to find solutions to apply AI in practice, build an artificial intelligence ecosystem in Ho Chi Minh City, and promote research capacity, cooperation and attract investment in the high-tech field.
About 1,200 - 1,500 domestic and foreign delegates are expected to attend in person, including government leaders, ministries, experts, technology businesses and global AI research centers. Key topics include AI in global governance, supply chains, smart megacity development and behavioral models in the AI era.
The forum will have parallel discussion sessions, high-level dialogues, a series of workshops, GRECO 2025 exhibition on technology products - AI on the walking street, along with activities connecting businesses, startups and students.
This is one of the key events promoting Ho Chi Minh City's digital transformation and innovation strategy.
