Presenting nearly 60 gifts to meritorious people and policy families in Hop Thanh commune

On July 16, Hop Thanh commune established 3 working delegations led by commune leaders to visit, encourage and give gifts to meritorious people and policy families in the commune on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

The working delegations presented 58 gifts, worth over 18 million VND in total, to those who directly participated in the resistance war, people infected with Agent Orange and relatives of martyrs.

At the places visited, the delegation sent their warm regards and expressed gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of veterans and families of those who have contributed to the cause of national independence and protection of the Fatherland.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune Doan Ngoc Tuyen presented gifts to victims of Agent Orange in the area.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Doan Van Ngan presents gifts to war invalids in the area.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngo Vu Quoc commune visited and presented gifts to meritorious people in the area.

On this occasion, many meaningful activities, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude" will be organized in the commune, in which, organizations, units and individuals with kind hearts will present more than 60 gifts to people with meritorious services and policy families in the area; the Youth Union coordinates with the Department of Culture and Society to organize labor, clean the Memorial of Martyr Hoang Sao, organize traditional talks...

Through activities expressing the deep gratitude of today's generation to those who contributed to the revolution; fostering revolutionary ideals, patriotism, and national pride.
