Awarding the retirement decision to the Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association

Comrade Mai Duc Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, presented the retirement decision to Comrade Ma Van Chuc, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association.

Attending the Conference were comrade Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association; comrades in the Provincial Journalists Association Executive Committee; all cadres and employees of the Provincial Journalists Association.

The conference announced Decision No. 558-QD/UBND dated August 28, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on Comrade Ma Van Chuc, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association, to retire early and enjoy early retirement policies and regimes according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025 of the Government) from September 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Mai Duc Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association praised and acknowledged the positive contributions of Comrade Ma Van Chuc throughout his working process; together with comrades in the Executive Committee of the Provincial Journalists Association, he successfully completed the assigned tasks. At the same time, he hoped that Comrade would continue to promote the role of a Party member, be exemplary, actively propagate and mobilize people to participate in successfully implementing emulation movements and political tasks of the Party Committee and local authorities.

Leaders, staff and employees of the Provincial Journalists Association presented flowers to congratulate comrade Ma Van Chuc.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Ma Van Chuc expressed his deep gratitude for the attention and close guidance of the leaders, the coordination and support of agencies and units, and the affection and companionship of comrades and colleagues over the past years. He affirmed that despite his retirement, he will always maintain the qualities of a party member, continue to be exemplary, actively participate in movements, and contribute to the development of his homeland. He sent his best wishes for health, happiness and success to the leaders, all cadres and members of the Provincial Journalists Association.
