Ho Chi Minh City honors 90 typical cultural and happy families

On the evening of June 28, at the main stage of Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), the City Art Center (under the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City) organized an art program to honor typical cultural and happy families with the theme "Happy Family - Prosperous Nation".

The program was carried out to celebrate the 24th anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day (June 28, 2001 - June 20, 2025), a holiday honoring core family values ​​in the context of modern urban development, an opportunity for everyone to look back and appreciate family values, from which, each person in a family cares more about each other, strives to build and nurture a happy, prosperous, equal and progressive family.

Preserving and promoting the good values ​​of Vietnamese families will help each family become a happy cell of society, thereby contributing to the prosperous development of the country.

The activity aims to contribute to raising awareness of sectors, levels and the whole society about the role and position of family work in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. It is an opportunity for typical families to exchange and share with the community, together towards the sustainable development of families in the period of industrialization, modernization and international integration.

At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City awarded Certificates of Merit to 90 typical cultural and happy households; awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in deploying and implementing the Criteria for Building Happy Families according to the Project "Research on building criteria for evaluating happy families in Ho Chi Minh City in the period of 2021 - 2030".

The art program was staged with the following contents: Opening words - Growing up with love for the country, Family is homeland, Family seeds, Thank you parents - Thank you Vietnamese family, Praising cultural and happy families.
