Immediately after that, the Volunteer Team directly supported people in carrying out administrative procedures at the ward's Public Administration Service Center (PPA) - an important milestone in administrative reform, officially put into operation in early July 2025.

After the apparatus is stabilized, the Ward Youth Union wishes to innovate the form of gathering youth, strongly applying digital technology to volunteer activities. Volunteers are guided by center staff on the processing procedures at the Binh Thanh Ward Public Administration Service Center.
This activity not only helps reduce the workload for civil servants in the ward but also helps people, especially the elderly, easily access modern administrative services.
In addition, the union members also actively distributed leaflets to promote and introduce the ward's official information channels such as the Binh Thanh People's Fanpage, the Binh Thanh Ward Electronic Information Page, the Binh Thanh Ward Front - Ho Chi Minh City Fanpage, the Binh Thanh Ward Youth Fanpage - Ho Chi Minh City and online interactive channels to serve the people. This activity aims to raise awareness and encourage people to access official information, avoid being affected by fake news and untrue news on social networks.
