The test session was connected from the main bridge at the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to the headquarters of the People's Committees of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Binh Duong province and 168 new commune-level bridges.

At 8:00 a.m., An Khanh ward officials began testing shared digital platforms to deploy a two-level administrative unit model. The ward received documents transferred from the Digital Transformation Center, including: Online TV system, Document management system, 1022 feedback and recommendation system, and Administrative procedure settlement information system.
Performing the operation of receiving documents from the Digital Transformation Center and vice versa, Mr. Lam Huu Quoc Tien, a civil servant expected to work at the An Khanh Ward Public Administration Service Center, said that after 2 trial operations, this third time, he has performed all operations smoothly.
Ms. Nguyen Thi An Vy, a civil servant of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center sent to support An Khanh ward, said that up to now, the expected team of civil servants of the An Khanh Ward Public Administration Service Center has smoothly operated the procedures.

It is known that the pilot operation of the flow of incoming and outgoing documents is currently being carried out, and administrative procedures have not yet been resolved. When officially running, civil servants of the Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center will continue to support the Public Administration Service Centers until July 31 to ensure all operations run smoothly.
Additionally, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of An Khanh Ward (Thu Duc City) - where the new headquarters of An Khanh Ward is located (after the arrangement of An Khanh, An Loi Dong, Thao Dien, Thu Thiem wards and part of An Phu ward) - this place is being renovated to prepare for official operation on July 1.
The entrance gate is under construction to install the new headquarters nameplate. The area where the Public Administration Service Center is located has completed the signboard, the remaining items are being urgently constructed to be completed by the end of June.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Thu Duc City (expected to be assigned as Chairman of the People's Committee of An Khanh Ward) said that the construction items are entering the final stage, according to the schedule, by June 28, all preparations related to facilities, information infrastructure, and steps must be completed to arrange civil servants to work, ready to operate on July 1 to serve the people.
It is expected that An Khanh ward will inaugurate the Public Administration Service Center on June 30.
Currently, An Khanh ward has 18 staff (14 civil servants and 4 non-professional staff) working at the Public Administration Service Center.
Assessing the very good participation of ward officials and civil servants in preparing for the official operation of the apparatus on July 1, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung proposed that Ho Chi Minh City ensure software and information portals to create unity and synchronization; not to let the transmission lines be congested to serve the people.

At the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee bridge, the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee chaired a meeting with 168 communes, wards, and special zones to evaluate the results of the pilot operation of digital platforms.
At the same time, prepare for the ceremony to announce the resolutions of the National Assembly , the decisions of the Central Committee, and the decisions of localities on merging administrative units, establishing party organizations, the Fatherland Front of the city, communes, wards, and special zones, and thoroughly grasp some contents related to the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus and administrative units.
Previously, on June 12, Ho Chi Minh City first tested the two-tier local government model in 102 wards and communes. Then, on June 22, the city tested shared digital platforms. After these two times, many experiences were drawn from and problems or issues that arose were resolved.
