Ho Chi Minh City organizes tourism festival, earning over 140 billion VND

On the evening of April 7, Ho Chi Minh City closed the 20th tourism festival in 2024. With a scale of more than 150 booths from 45 provinces and cities and 50 travel businesses, hotels, airlines, etc., the festival is truly a bridge between tourists and service providers.

According to the Organizing Committee, after 4 days of the event, operating revenue is expected to reach more than 140 billion VND, an increase of 33.3% compared to 2023 (105 billion VND).

At the festival, many stimulus packages were announced, many attractive additional services to meet the diverse choices of domestic and foreign tourists; Many new and unique tourism services and products attract tourists' interest and exploration.

The highlight of this year's festival is the explosion of tourism stimulus programs with nearly 400 tourism products and services with a total value of 50 billion VND from travel businesses, accommodation establishments, tourist attractions and other service businesses...

In particular, with many promotional policies, preferential prices up to 60%, along with many attractive gifts and attractive accompanying services such as: Direct discounts, lucky draws, gifts, quizzes with prizes... promises to bring many experiences for visitors to the festival and register for tours.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, assessed that the tourism products brought to the festival are not only internal in nature but also have links with other industries, fields, and regions.
