According to Anadolu, President Trump has set a two-week time frame to assess peace talks between Russia and Ukraine as the White House boss is stepping up efforts to negotiate an end to the conflict.
"I think we'll know in two weeks. Then maybe we'll have to take a different tack. We'll see. We'll know," President Trump said.

President Trump had a "good" meeting with Russian President Putin in Alaska on August 15 and met with Ukrainian leader Zelensky and several European leaders at the White House three days later.
President Trump later posted on Truth Social that he had begun arranging a face-to-face meeting between President Putin and Mr Zelensky at a location “to be determined”, followed by three-way talks with US participation to resolve the conflict.
The US leader called on Mr Zelensky to show "flexibility" in negotiations, while ruling out the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO.
European nations have offered to provide security guarantees (to Ukraine) through ground deployments, while the US is likely to provide air support as part of any peace framework.
However, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev affirmed on August 20 that no NATO troops will act as peacekeepers and Moscow will not accept such security guarantees (for Ukraine).
