On the morning of August 28, Hai Phong Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

Attending the event were Mr. Tran Van Quan, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; representatives of the Department of Construction Infrastructure ( Ministry of Construction ), Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association, Kitakyushu City Water Supply and Sewerage Department, Japan; along with representatives of departments, branches and staff and workers of the company.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Van Quan congratulated and commended the achievements of Hai Phong Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. over the past 30 years.

Hai Phong is facing great opportunities and chances to enter a new stage of development, aiming to build a city with rapid and sustainable development, a modern and civilized industrial city, an important driving force for the development of the whole country. To achieve that goal, it requires high determination, great efforts, and drastic actions from all levels, sectors, units and all people, including Hai Phong Drainage One Member Co., Ltd.

In the coming period, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the company to further enhance the application of technology and digital transformation to innovate and improve the quality of corporate governance; ensure effective management and operation of existing works, drainage systems and water treatment of the city.

Through the Department of Construction, the company researched and consulted the city on relevant contents to adjust the planning on rainwater and wastewater drainage in accordance with the general master plan of the new Hai Phong city.

In the near future, the city will have many technical infrastructure and traffic projects implemented. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee suggested that the company should proactively follow up and coordinate with investors to ensure safe drainage. Continue to advise the Department of Construction to propose to the City People's Committee appropriate plans to prioritize the development of drainage infrastructure to meet the requirements of future city development and adapt to climate change.

Hai Phong Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. (formerly Hai Phong Drainage Company) was established on August 29, 1995, according to Decision No. 1493/QD-TCCQ of Hai Phong City People's Committee on the basis of separating the Drainage Enterprise from Hai Phong Urban Environment Company.

After 30 years of construction and development, the company has affirmed its strong breakthrough, becoming a prestigious enterprise of the city in the field of drainage. Up to now, the company has a total of nearly 600 officers and employees. Annual revenue reaches over 130 billion VND; ensuring jobs, stable income and full protection policies for employees...

On this occasion, Hai Phong Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. was honored to receive a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister for its achievements in the period of 2020 - 2024. The Chairman of the City People's Committee presented a banner with the words "Solidarity - Innovation - Creativity contributing to building a civilized and modern Hai Phong city"; commended 3 collectives and 12 individuals who have made many contributions to the construction and development of the company.
