2 Realme smartphones make the community "doubt life"

Ahead of the upcoming Realme Fan Festival 828 (August 28), Realme has revealed a teaser of its upcoming smartphone with new breakthrough technologies. Fans will see a Realme phone with a massive 15,000mAh battery, along with a new Chill Fan Phone model equipped with an integrated AC active cooling system.

Smartphones with 15,000 mAh batteries open up the prospect of phones that can be used comfortably for many days without needing to be charged. Readers also know how terrifying it is. For comparison, the Samsung S25 Ultra can easily plow through the whole day without running out of battery with only 5,000 mAh. 3 times that number, will make you forget, every time you need to find a charger because you only use it once every few days.

According to the company, this huge battery allows the device to operate continuously for up to 5 days. Specific tests show that the device can record video for 18 hours, play video for 50 hours without interruption, and meet normal usage needs for nearly a week.

To achieve 15,000mAh in a not-so-thick design, realme has applied three important improvements. First, the company uses a pure silicon anode - a technology applied for the first time on a smartphone.

Second, the traditional liquid electrolyte is replaced with a solid electrolyte, allowing the energy density to reach a record 1200 Wh/L. Thanks to that, the battery not only has a huge capacity but also maintains a compact size.

It's compact in the sense that we see it compared to smartphones using conventional Lithium-ion batteries. It's only 8.5mm thin and weighs 215 grams.

For easy comparison, here is the Realme 15000mAh placed next to a power bank of similar capacity. A fan wittily commented: "Today realme introduced a smartphone but made power bank manufacturers go out of business. I doubt life too much"

In addition to the battery technology, some specifications of the Realme 15,000mAh have also been leaked. The device, codenamed “Realme 15000mAh”, is equipped with a 6.7-inch screen, uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, along with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage options.

The other device is the “Chill Fan Phone” – the world ’s first smartphone equipped with AC Cooling technology. Unlike the ventilation fan commonly found on gaming phones, realme’s AC Cooling system is promoted as a “mini air conditioner” inside the phone.

According to the company, this technology can reduce core temperature by up to 6°C and is especially flexible to turn on/off depending on needs. This means that users can proactively "activate the air conditioner" when playing heavy games or recording 4K/8K videos, then turn it off to save battery when using lightly.

Technically, realme has not announced the details, but the tech world predicts that this system can combine an active cooling fan, a vapor chamber, and even a Peltier semiconductor module, a technology commonly used in small cooling devices. This combination helps to cool down faster and more effectively than a simple fan. All will be answered on August 27.
