According to statistics as of 7 p.m. on August 27, the entire Tan Ky commune had 291 households in 11 flooded hamlets that were evacuated to safe places. Of these, Dien Nam hamlet had 120 households, Tan Da hamlet had 38 households, Quy Hau hamlet had 13 households, Truong Tho hamlet had 67 households, Tan Thuan hamlet had 17 households, and Duong Hap hamlet had 16 households. Some households in Thanh Luu, Hung Cuong, Phuong Ky, Phuong Minh, and Doi Cung hamlets were also affected.
Thanks to the initiative of the Party Committee, government, functional forces and people, on the evening of August 26 and morning of August 27, people in low-lying areas were able to evacuate and move their assets in time to ensure safety.

From the commune relief fund with a total amount of more than 120 million VND, Tan Ky commune bought instant noodles and water to support flooded households. The working group went to each hamlet and residential area to hand them to the people, each household received 2 boxes of instant noodles and 2 kegs of water, to ensure that no household lacked food and drinking water during the rainy and flooded days.

At the destinations, leaders of Tan Ky commune visited and asked about the health of the people, encouraged them to proactively monitor water levels, take preventive measures, and minimize damage. The commune also continued to mobilize forces to be on duty, ready to support people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters./.
