Thanh Hoa Police support people to receive gifts on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Implementing Resolution No. 263/NQ-CP dated August 29, 2025 of the Government and the direction of the Minister of Public Security on giving gifts to the People on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police urgently deployed to each unit and locality, ensuring the implementation on schedule, timely, public, transparent, and to the right subjects.

Hac Thanh Ward Police organized a review and made a list of cases receiving gifts directly at the cultural house.

Synchronous and drastic implementation

Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Public Security , on August 30, the Director of the Provincial Police Department directed the police of communes and wards in the province to mobilize officers and soldiers to quickly carry out tasks in each hamlet and neighborhood to support people in integrating bank accounts on the VNeID application to pay gifts to people in accordance with regulations.

Accordingly, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Provincial Police, as the core unit responsible for reviewing and comparing data from the national population database system, has urgently reviewed and compiled a list of payers and sent it to the People's Committees at the commune level, and organized the transfer in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Finance . At the same time, a working group was established in the area to directly guide and closely coordinate with local authorities in the implementation.

Ha Long Commune Police went to residential areas to support people in integrating bank accounts on the VNeID application.

The police of communes and wards mobilized 100% of their personnel to participate, coordinate with the Secretary and Chairman of the Commune People's Committee to establish working groups in charge of villages, hamlets, and residential groups. These groups are responsible for reviewing, guiding, and taking responsibility for implementing direct payments to people before September 1.

In addition to the form of transfer via the "Social Security" category on the VNeID system, in case people have not integrated or have difficulties, cash payments will also be organized at suitable and convenient locations for people to receive. Priority subjects such as Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, policy families, meritorious people, the elderly, the lonely... will be arranged to receive gifts quickly and thoughtfully.

Ensure correct, sufficient and timely

Since the morning of August 30, the police forces of communes and wards have simultaneously organized a thorough review of the residential status, coordinated with the People's Committees at the commune level to update population information, ensuring the payment list is accurate, without omissions or duplication. At the same time, they regularly reported progress to the Provincial Police to promptly handle and remove difficulties and obstacles to help implement the payment of gifts to the people in a timely and accurate manner.

The working group of Hac Thanh Ward Police organized the giving of Independence Tet gifts to local people.

This is an urgent political task, demonstrating the deep concern and gratitude of the Party and State for the contributions of all classes of people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, especially for the great contributions of previous generations, of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, cadres, soldiers and youth volunteers who fought bravely in the resistance wars against invaders to defend the Fatherland.

Therefore, the police forces in the province have made efforts, urgently, and strived to deliver gifts to people before September 1, 2025, without any mistakes.
