On the afternoon of August 28, comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee inspected the preparations for the province-wide flag-raising ceremony "I love my Fatherland, my homeland" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 in the communes of Hiep Cuong, Luong Bang, Nguyen Van Linh, Nhu Quynh and My Hao ward.

Implementing Plan No. 14/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated August 27, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to organize the provincial flag-raising ceremony "I love my Fatherland, my homeland" on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (provincial flag-raising ceremony), communes and wards have actively and proactively prepared for the ceremony from choosing the location, decorating the festival, mobilizing forces and participants to propaganda work about the purpose and meaning of the provincial flag-raising ceremony. Along with that, localities mobilized forces to clean the environment, hang slogans in public places... According to reports from localities, by 5:00 p.m. on August 28, preparations for the provincial flag-raising ceremony were completed.

Through inspections at the locations, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Manh Hung highly appreciated the preparations for the province-wide flag-raising ceremony of the communes and wards. At the same time, he emphasized that the province-wide flag-raising ceremony aims to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people about the stature and historical significance of the August Revolution in 1945 and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. He requested local Party committees and authorities to lead and direct the organization of the province-wide flag-raising ceremony in the localities thoughtfully and solemnly, and to mobilize people from all walks of life to participate. Thereby, educating politics , patriotism, historical traditions and culture of the nation, creating an atmosphere and a vibrant emulation movement in all fields among cadres, party members and people from all walks of life, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc.
