On July 24, commemorating the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Le Thanh Van - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee visited and presented gifts to 24 policy households in the communes of Mo Cay, An Dinh, Thanh Thoi, Huong My, Dai Dien and Quoi Dien.

At each destination, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Le Thanh Van kindly visited the health and circumstances of the families; expressed deep gratitude to individuals and families who have made great contributions to the revolutionary cause, national liberation, and the construction and development of the homeland.
Hopefully, in the coming time, households will continue to promote tradition and be exemplary in local socio -economic development movements, as well as contribute to the locality in operating the two-level local government smoothly and effectively.
On this occasion, comrade Le Thanh Van presented each family with a gift worth 1.5 million VND (including 1 gift and 1 million VND in cash).

In Luong Phu commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Mr. Cao Van An (born in 1950, residing in Phu Thuan hamlet) - who was imprisoned; Mr. Nguyen Khac Sinh (born in 1953), residing in Cai Tac hamlet) - a 3/4 disabled veteran; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nua (born in 1930), residing in Long Ngoai hamlet and Mrs. To Thuy Vu (born in 1950), residing in Xeo Nho hamlet - all wives of martyrs.
In Tan Hao commune, the delegation visited and gave gifts to encourage 4 households including: Mrs. Trieu Thi Rang (born in 1952), the biological child of a resistance fighter infected with toxic chemicals; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Doi (born in 1949), a 2/4 disabled veteran, both residing in Giong Tre Qua hamlet; and Mr. Nguyen Van Xe (born in 1935), Mr. Tran Van Khang (born in 1950), 4/4 disabled veterans, both residing in Hung Phu A hamlet.

At each family, Comrade Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi kindly asked about the health and life of the families; expressed her respect for the great contributions and sacrifices of war invalids, martyrs, meritorious people and their relatives in the cause of fighting to protect the Fatherland. She hoped that the families of policy beneficiaries would continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, be a shining example for the younger generation to follow, and actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the development of the homeland.
On this occasion, comrade Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi presented each family with a gift and 1 million VND in cash.
