Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the opening ceremony of the National Achievements Exhibition.

At 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, August 28, the National Achievements Exhibition will officially open at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi). Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend and deliver an opening speech.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will attend the opening ceremony of the National Achievement Exhibition along with about 6,000 domestic and international delegates. The program will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television.

National Achievements Exhibition looks back on 80 glorious years

According to the script, the opening ceremony will feature an art program lasting about 45-50 minutes. After that, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung will give a 10-minute overview of the implementation process, coordination work and progress of the exhibition.

The Prime Minister will give a speech and give instructions, and then the delegates will press the button to open the exhibition.

Minister Nguyen Van Hung said the art program at the opening ceremony will spread a message of pride about the great achievements in the cause of building, protecting and developing the country over the past 80 years.

The program features many famous artists with modern sound and light effects, combining both chamber music and folk and contemporary music.

To prepare well for the opening ceremony of this special political and cultural exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, last night, August 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the rehearsal of the opening program.

According to the Prime Minister, the National Achievements Exhibition is an important highlight in the series of activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, an opportunity for the entire Party, people and army to look back on the glorious past, while at the same time arousing the aspiration for prosperous and happy development for the country in the new period.

Therefore, the Prime Minister requested that the opening ceremony must be solemn and thoughtful, creating a deep impression of the scale and stature of the exhibition.

Paying special attention to the art program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that it be an art feast, an impressive highlight for the exhibition opening ceremony.

The program must create a joyful, exciting spirit, strong, heroic, energetic and enthusiastic sound, bringing the country into a new era.

Art performances must ensure elements such as symphony is luxurious and majestic, light music is vibrant, joyful and strong, folk music must be warm and smooth.

The Prime Minister further noted that the art program should incorporate vivid images of the country's landscape, culture, history, and people of Vietnam.

Ready for the opening ceremony of the National Achievement Exhibition

After the rehearsal of the opening ceremony of the National Achievements Exhibition , Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also inspected the preparations for the exhibition.

The Prime Minister encouraged and motivated the staff, employees and technicians at the booths of provinces, cities, ministries and branches at the exhibition.

Reporting to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Minister Nguyen Van Hung said that after more than a month of urgently implementing activities for the National Achievements Exhibition , up to now, the preparations for the opening ceremony have basically been completed, ready for the event taking place on the morning of August 28.
