The leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel have announced the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security on: Organization of the Provincial Police; on the transfer of the existing staff of the Provincial Police and on personnel work for the leaders of the Provincial Police. In particular, the Bac Giang Provincial Police and its affiliated organizations will be merged into the Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, and the Minister of Public Security, Senior General Luong Tam Quang presented the Decision and presented flowers to congratulate 23 local Public Security Directors after the merger and 11 local Public Security Directors who remained the same. For Bac Ninh province (new), Major General Bui Duy Hung, Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security before the merger, was transferred and assigned to hold the position of Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security (new) when merging Bac Giang Provincial Public Security and Bac Ninh Provincial Public Security.
