FLC Stone Company shares are forced to be delisted

To date, AMD has not yet resolved the reasons for its securities being suspended from trading and under control. Based on the regulations and opinions of the State Securities Commission, the Vietnam Stock Exchange and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange have announced that they will compulsorily delist AMD shares according to regulations.

AMD shares have been suspended since early March. FLC Stone then committed to submitting its 2022 financial report before June 30. The remaining stocks have also been suspended and restricted from trading. As of now, no stocks of the FLC group are allowed to be traded on the stock market.

Like FLC and many other companies of the same "family", AMD's leadership has been constantly changing since the stock manipulation case of Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - former Chairman of FLC Group was prosecuted. Recently, FLC Stone Deputy General Director Nguyen Cong Tuan submitted a resignation letter after only 5 months in office for personal reasons.
