Establish 3 working groups to handle backlog of land records at the grassroots level

HNN.VN - The Office of the Hue City People's Committee has just issued a decision to establish 3 working groups to support and guide the final handling of backlogged administrative procedures (TTHC) in the land sector in communes and wards in the area.

City leaders inspect the operation of the two-level local government model at the grassroots level.

Accordingly, Working Group No. 1, led by Mr. Tran Thanh Quang - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, is in charge of supporting the following communes and wards: My Thuong, Vy Da, Thuan Hoa, An Cuu, Thuy Xuan, Hoa Chau, Phong Quang, Dan Dien, Quang Dien, Thanh Thuy, Huong Thuy, Phu Bai, Vinh Loc, Hung Loc, Loc An, Phu Loc, Chan May - Lang Co, Kim Long, Huong An, Phu Xuan, Thuan An, Duong No, Phu Vinh, Phu Ho and Phu Vang.

Working Group No. 2, led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of the Land Registration Office, Department of Agriculture and Environment, will directly support the communes and wards of Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, Long Quang, Nam Dong and Khe Tre.

Working Group No. 3, led by Mr. Le Viet Cuong - Head of the Department of Land Management, Department of Agriculture and Environment, will be deployed in the communes and wards of Huong Tra, Kim Tra, Binh Dien and A Luoi 1, A Luoi 2, A Luoi 3, A Luoi 4, A Luoi 5.

The working groups are responsible for coordinating with the People's Committees of communes and wards to review, guide and handle backlogged and overdue land records on the city's Administrative Procedures Information System and the National Public Service Portal; at the same time, summarize practical difficulties and problems to propose solutions and recommend competent authorities to handle them.

The teams will report their performance results to the City People's Committee on a weekly basis. The team leader is responsible for assigning specific tasks to members and may invite additional relevant forces to participate when necessary.

The establishment of working groups is expected to promptly resolve backlogs and create changes in the settlement of land procedures, an area of particular interest to people and businesses.
