Reviewing draft resolutions and projects submitted at the first session of the 10th Provincial People's Council

On the afternoon of July 1, Mr. Nguyen Van Tan - Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting to review the draft resolutions and projects submitted by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee at the first session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Ms. Le Thi Thuy Kieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council also attended.

The meeting reviewed draft resolutions on: establishing Committees of the People's Council of Vinh Long province, term X, 2021-2026; establishing the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Vinh Long province; plan to organize regular meetings of the People's Council of the province in 2025. At the same time, reviewed the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee on establishing specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Vinh Long province.

Delegates agreed with the draft resolutions, and also suggested that some contents should be adjusted to be more informative, clearly stating the effective date of the resolution, the list of Committees in order...

Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee - Nguyen Thanh Tan received the comments and clarified the issues of concern to the delegates. He requested the office to carefully review the documents of the Central and the province and promptly adjust the draft resolution accordingly. The Legal Committee agreed to submit it to the first session of the Provincial People's Council, term X.
