On November 15, the People's Council of Thai Binh province, term XVII, 2021 - 2026, held an extraordinary meeting, passing 8 important Resolutions, which are the legal basis to remove some difficulties and urgent problems towards the goal of local socio-economic development.
Delegates vote to pass resolutions at the meeting.
Accordingly, 8 resolutions were passed at this meeting to resolve arising and urgent work, including the Resolution approving the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for the golf course in Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh province.
In addition, the People's Council of Thai Binh province also passed other resolutions such as: Resolution promulgating regulations on criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land to build urban areas and rural residential areas in Thai Binh province;
Resolution promulgating regulations on preferential land rent exemption for projects using land for production and business purposes in investment incentive sectors (investment incentive sectors and occupations) or in investment incentive areas in Thai Binh province as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 157 of the Land Law that meet one of two conditions: the project is of the type, scale criteria, and socialization standards prescribed by the Prime Minister or a non-profit project;
Resolution promulgating the support mechanism for implementing social housing construction investment projects in Thai Binh province;
Resolution approving funding to support domestic waste treatment costs for a number of communes and towns in Quynh Phu district to provide domestic waste treatment services from January 2022 to August 2024;
Resolution approving the project to build and improve the operational efficiency of the Military Command and militia forces of coastal communes to meet mission requirements in the new situation;
Resolution approving the 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan for the Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park in Quynh Phu District, Thai Binh Province;
Resolution approving the list of projects that must change land use purposes with rice growing areas according to planning in Thai Binh province.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - delivered a closing speech at the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - requested the Provincial People's Committee, all levels, sectors, localities and units to continue to propagate, disseminate, create unity in awareness and high consensus in organizing the effective implementation of the Provincial People's Council resolution, especially in implementing projects, creating conditions to attract investment in the area in various fields, including new fields such as biopharmaceuticals, tourism services, sports...
The Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Binh province also requested the Provincial People's Committee to urgently direct the effective implementation of the Resolution, ensuring timeliness, publicity, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations; Direct relevant departments and branches to do a good job of guiding and closely coordinating with the People's Committees of districts, cities, and related units to seriously and effectively organize the implementation of regulations, mechanisms, and policies issued and approved investment projects; at the same time, strengthen inspection, examination, and supervision to promptly detect and overcome limitations and difficulties in the process of organizing and implementing the resolutions.
