Announcing the compensation plan for site clearance of Provincial Road 827E project through Vam Co commune

The Ben Luc Regional Land Fund Development Center (Tay Ninh province) has just coordinated with local authorities to announce a draft plan for compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land to implement the project of site clearance for the construction of bridges and access roads to 3 bridges on route DT827E, through Vam Co commune for people whose land is affected.

People are explained specifically about the compensation plan.

Accordingly, the total land area recovered in Vam Co commune is more than 337,735m², including the following types of land: Rural residential land, land for annual and perennial crops, aquaculture land, cemetery land; 323 households and individuals are affected by the project.

The cost of compensation, support and resettlement for households in Vam Co commune in the area of land clearance for project implementation is estimated at about 390 billion VND; including compensation, support, resettlement costs and implementation costs.

According to the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, the project to build bridges and access roads to 3 bridges on Highway 827E will clear more than 89.3 hectares of land, passing through 6 communes (Can Giuoc, My Le, Can Duoc, Vam Co, Tan Tru and Tam Vu). The estimated compensation cost is more than 1,600 billion VND, from the provincial budget and other legally mobilized capital sources.

It is expected that compensation, support and site handover will be carried out in August 2025. Currently, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is organizing the selection of construction contractors. According to the plan, the construction of the bridge and access roads to the 3 bridges on DT827E will begin before August 19, 2025./.
