Director of State Bank Region 2 visits and works at Orient Bank

On the morning of July 17, 2025, OCB was honored to welcome the Director of the State Bank Region 2 (SBV Region 2) and the working delegation to visit and work at the Head Office.

Attending the meeting, on behalf of the State Bank, there were Mr. Vo Minh Tuan - Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 2; Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Lien - Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 2; Mr. Do Xuan Trung - Chief Inspector of the State Bank of Vietnam Region; Mr. Le Tan Thanh - Head of Management and Supervision Department 2, and specialized staff. On behalf of OCB , there were Mr. Trinh Van Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Ms. Trinh Thi Mai Anh - Member of the Board of Directors; Ms. Dang Thi Thanh Huyen - Head of the Supervisory Board; Mr. Pham Hong Hai - General Director and members of the Executive Board.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Board of Directors Trinh Van Tuan expressed his thanks to the leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 2 for their recent attention, facilitation and support for OCB in the bank's operations.

Mr. Pham Hong Hai - General Director reported to the working delegation of the State Bank of Vietnam Region 2 on the results and achievements of OCB in the recent past. At the same time, he shared the development orientation of the bank from now until 2030. With strong internal strength, modern digital platform, advanced risk management system according to international standards, operating on the basis of transparency, compliance and efficiency, OCB expects to have many breakthroughs and successes.

After the report, Mr. Vo Minh Tuan - Director of SBV Region 2 highly appreciated OCB's Sustainable Development strategy as well as its growth potential. He also expressed his confidence in OCB's flexible response ability and continuous efforts in contributing to the stability and development of the Vietnamese banking system in general and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
