Focus on removing obstacles and implementing the project of access roads to 3 bridges on route DT.827E

The project of access roads to 3 bridges on DT.827E route, a key traffic project of Tay Ninh province, was started on August 19, 2025 with many expectations of creating momentum for socio-economic development, connecting the key economic region of the South. However, the implementation process is still facing difficulties in site clearance.

The current difficulty is that the entire project still has 523 cases with nearly 47 hectares without a compensation plan.

According to Resolution 42/NQ-HDND, dated July 24, 2024, the project of access roads to 3 bridges on DT.827E route is divided into 2 components: Construction of access roads to 3 bridges and site clearance.

Of which, the project to build the access road has a total investment of more than 1,432 billion VND, with implementation period from 2025-2028; the project to clear the land has a total investment of 1,607 billion VND, also implemented in this period. Capital sources come from the provincial budget and other legal sources.

To date, four construction packages have been implemented. Package No. 1 (from DT.826 to Vam Co Dong River, over VND 304 billion) and Package No. 2 (from Vam Co Dong River to Huynh Van Danh Street, over VND 388 billion) are completing input procedures.

Package No. 3 (section from Huynh Van Danh Street to Vam Co Tay River, over 326 billion VND) and Package No. 4 (from Vam Co Tay River to DT.827B, over 143 billion VND) started construction on August 19, 2025, expected to be completed in August 2027.

Currently, the results of site clearance are not uniform. Compared to the approved compensation plan, Tan Tru, Vam Co, Tam Vu communes have achieved over 85% of the area; in Can Giuoc commune, it has achieved 59.78% of the area. Meanwhile, in My Le and Can Duoc communes, the rate is only 6-39%.

The current difficulty is that the entire project still has 523 cases with nearly 47 hectares that have not yet had a compensation plan established due to many reasons.

To resolve the issue, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center urgently completes legal procedures, the People's Committees of communes promptly propose resettlement land prices; at the same time, the Department of Construction handles overlapping points, coordinates to mobilize people to hand over the land.

With the province's strong direction and the consensus of the people, the project is expected to be completed on schedule, forming a strategic traffic axis connecting Tay Ninh - Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces./.
