Multiple traffic accidents on Bao Loc pass

The accident occurred at around 8:15 a.m. on August 28 at Km98, near the foot of Bao Loc pass.

On the morning of August 28, a series of traffic accidents between a tractor trailer and two other cars occurred on Bao Loc Pass (on National Highway 20, through Da Huoai 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province). The accident did not cause any casualties but caused traffic congestion on Bao Loc Pass in both directions.

According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 8:15 a.m. on August 28 at Km98, near the foot of Bao Loc pass.

At the above time, the tractor-trailer with Ho Chi Minh City license plate was traveling from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City. When reaching the curve near Km98, it suddenly lost control and crashed into a car and a passenger van (29 seats) traveling in the same direction ahead.

The accident did not cause any casualties, but the trailer cabin was crushed and overturned, blocking an entire section of Bao Loc Pass, making it impossible for vehicles to pass. The car and the bus were also partially damaged.

At 9:00 a.m. the same day, Bao Loc pass was still congested, with vehicles lining up in long lines on National Highway 20.

After the accident, the Traffic Police force quickly arrived, coordinated with local police to clear the scene and regulate traffic.
