The authorities coordinated to direct traffic, persuade, explain, and move the woman away from the vehicle blocking position, ensuring the safety of people and vehicles participating in traffic.
According to Da Nang Police, a woman named NTTH (residing in Quang Nam ) was with her sister receiving medicine at Da Nang Mental Hospital when her illness relapsed and she committed the above uncontrolled act.
