Accordingly, implementing Document No. 1567/BVHTTDL-MTNATL dated April 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the use of the logo to promote the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory; The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned agencies and units in the area to implement the use of the logo to promote the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory according to the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Previously, on April 12, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 1005/QD-BVHTTDL on approving the official logo used in propaganda activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
The Decision clearly states: Approving the logo design for the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory by author To Minh Trang (Hanoi) for official use in propaganda activities for the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory. The logo design is officially used in propaganda activities for the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory from the date this Decision is issued.
The logo for the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory is designed from the stylized number 70 with the reversed language of two strokes expressing the idea of the arduous process of overcoming all difficulties and the determination of our army and people that created the Dien Bien Phu victory.
In particular, the number 70 is colored in multiple directions to create a shimmering, magical visual feeling, expressing the joyful spirit of the victory of the whole nation. The background number 0 is the image of the victory of the Dien Bien soldiers. The entire text content is in blue, representing peace and the idea of praising the victory of the heroic Vietnam People's Army and typical of the Northwest mountains and forests.
