The conference announced the Decision of the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province on personnel work and the decision on arrangement and assignment of work for civil servants, public employees and employees of professional departments under the Department.
The Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Dinh Cong Nhat to the position of Chief of Office of the Department; Mr. Nguyen Dai Truong to the position of Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel; Mr. Le Xuan Hien to the position of Head of the Department of Planning and Finance; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung to the position of Head of the Department of Political Ideology - Student Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Van Thong to the position of Head of the Department of Preschool Education; Mr. Le Thuy Thach to the position of Head of the Department of Vocational Education - Continuing Education; Mr. Le Van Tinh to the position of Head of the Department of General Education; Mr. Nguyen Giang Nam to the position of Head of the Department of Quality Management.
Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Le Thi Huong, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province, emphasized the significance and importance of restructuring the apparatus after the merger. Especially, at a time when the Quang Binh education sector still has a lot of work to do, officials must demonstrate their role as leaders, role models, pioneers, proactive, creative, and work towards the common goal of developing the Quang Tri education sector.
Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Huong congratulated the comrades who were entrusted by the Department's leaders with the task of leading professional departments. Along with that, the Director of the Department requested that the comrades immediately start the assigned work right from the first days, not to interrupt during the transitional operation phase, not to have the idea of taking a break after the merger, not to let the arrangement and merger affect the quality of work.
The Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province currently has 85 officials, civil servants and employees including: Director Le Thi Huong; Deputy Directors including: Ms. Mai Thi Lien Giang, Mr. Ho Giang Long, Mr. Mai Huy Phuong, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hai, Mr. Phan Huu Huyen and Mr. Vo Van Minh.
The Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province has 8 specialized and professional departments and equivalents, including the Department Office; Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Planning and Finance; Department of Quality Management; Department of Preschool Education; Department of General Education; Department of Vocational Education and Continuing Education; Department of Political Ideology - Student Affairs.
Previously, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province held a conference to announce the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Quang Tri province and the decisions of the People's Committee on personnel work. Meritorious teacher Le Thi Huong holds the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training of the new Quang Tri province.
