At the conference, Chairman of Tay Ho District People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Khuyen, along with district leaders and comrade Do Dinh Son, Chairman of Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee (new), and ward leaders conducted the handover and receipt of public assets according to regulations to be ready to operate new administrative units from July 1 under the two-level local government model.

Specifically, the People's Committee of Tay Ho district has handed over the list of working offices, public service facilities; List of cars; List of machinery and equipment and List of other assets.
Along with that, Tay Ho District People's Committee also handed over documents related to the right to manage and use the transferred and received assets, including: Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land; other related documents and papers on houses and land; Certificate of car registration, Certificate of car inspection; Documents and papers related to the formation and change of assets; Documents on management and use of assets and other documents related to assets.

The handing and receiving parties agree to assign the heads of agencies and units currently managing the assets and documents in the handover list to be responsible for managing the original condition according to the list and reporting to the head of the receiving agency.
Assign heads of specialized agencies, delivery and receipt parties to check and confirm the list, assets, and documents according to the attached appendices and lists.
Previously, on June 28, Tay Ho District People's Committee also held a conference to hand over and receive public assets with Hong Ha Ward People's Committee (new) and Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee (new).


Accordingly, Tay Ho District People's Committee has handed over the original status of the office building, business facilities; equipment; other assets to the People's Committee of Hong Ha Ward (new) and Xuan Dinh Ward (new) to receive and manage according to regulations; handed over all records and documents related to the assets; recorded asset reduction according to current regulations.
The People's Committees of Hong Ha Ward (new) and Xuan Dinh Ward (new) have received the original working headquarters, facilities for public service activities; equipment; other assets according to the attached appendices; and received all records and documents related to the assets.

The units receiving the handover from the Tay Ho District People's Committee are responsible for moving the handed-over assets from the receiving location to the unit's location of use; managing and using public assets for the right purposes and in accordance with current legal regulations. Accounting for assets, asset value and asset depreciation according to Circular No. 23/2023/TT-BTC dated April 25, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance and related laws; updating data into the National Database on assets according to regulations and instructions of the Department of Finance.

* On the same day, Tay Ho District People's Committee also held a conference to hand over documents to the Chairmen of the People's Committees of 8 wards and public service units in the district.
Thus, as of the afternoon of June 29, Tay Ho district has basically completed the handover of public assets and related documents. This is an important preparation step for Tay Ho to be ready to operate a two-level local government from July 1.
