Small chat groups are set up to receive immediate feedback and support businesses and investors in the process of accessing and implementing investment procedures applied by the City's Center for Trade and Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support (Center). Although this work is small, it is contributing large "bricks" to build a solid fortress for accompanying activities to support businesses, creating a favorable environment for investors when coming to Hue .

In particular, the Hue International Hospital project support team is highly appreciated by investors for its ability to process and connect information quickly and promptly. The Hue International Hospital project is invested by TTH Group Joint Stock Company, built on an area of ​​over 4.2 hectares, in Thanh Thuy ward. This is one of the investors with experience in investing in hospital projects and has invested in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh , Nghe An.

Mr. Dau Van Quyet, project development specialist of TTH Group Joint Stock Company, who directly interacted with the Center during the implementation of procedures, said that during the implementation of the project's documents and procedures, the company received the attention and strong direction of the City People's Committee, the coordination day and night of the Center and departments and branches. The most effective thing is to mention the establishment of a coordination group on zalo of the Center. Almost all the processes of processing related documents and procedures are grasped and urged by the Center, communicating with related departments and branches to promptly handle the documents. Thanks to that, even though the project encountered difficulties, they were all handled quickly, neatly and effectively.

“Whenever the investor has problems or issues that could affect the progress, we just need to discuss them in the working group. Immediately after that, the Center proactively contacts the leaders of relevant departments and agencies directly to handle them promptly. These issues are usually handled on the same day or within 1-2 days at the latest. For more complicated issues, the agencies and agencies also directly coordinate with the investor to find the fastest solution. This strong support helps us to have more confidence and expectation in the success of the project in Hue,” Mr. Quyet shared.

Not only with the Hue International Hospital project, the Center is currently establishing dozens of small groups to support investors. Many of these projects have started, inaugurated and put into operation, including theFPT Hue Education Complex project inaugurated on August 24, 2025; Scavi Huong Tra Factory started construction on August 26, 2025... And the chats: Although never having met the Center's support team directly, any difficulties, problems, or feedback are supported by the Center, accompanied by representatives of the FPT Hue Education Complex project or the words of thanks from businesses after each completed procedure are words of encouragement, sweet fruits for the companionship of those who are attached to the work of supporting investors.

Along with supporting projects being researched and implemented in the area, potential partners have also been taken care of, creating a foundation for calling for investment.

Recently, the Center and the Korea Overseas Infrastructure and Urban Development Corporation (KIND) signed a memorandum of cooperation. Accordingly, the Center committed to accompany KIND throughout the process to provide information and connections in the fields of: Sustainable urban development, infrastructure development, environmentally friendly industry, trade promotion - investment - science and technology - culture - tourism - high-tech agriculture and other sustainable development activities. The forms of cooperation are also diverse, from providing information on master planning, researching, exchanging information on investment laws, promoting Hue's investment environment to Korean investors and supporting enterprises associated with KIND to conduct investment research according to current regulations. This is expected to contribute to supporting KIND as well as its partners in the process of researching and implementing projects in Hue and creating changes in investment attraction in the area.

Center and Business Association signed a cooperation agreement to support businesses

This is a fairly new approach, as shared by Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, Hue has been implementing many programs and signing cooperation agreements with Korean enterprises. However, this is the first time the Center has signed a cooperation agreement with an infrastructure investment and urban development company. This creates a premise for investment promotion coordination as well as creating a friendly investment environment and accompanying investors from the beginning.

In addition, the Center also signed a cooperation agreement with the Business Association and Hue FDI Club to support businesses in accessing policy information; coordinate support and guidance for businesses in implementing administrative procedures related to the business and investment sector, and build a foundation for businesses when researching and investing in the area.

Put yourself in the position of the business

In fact, for an investment project to go from idea to operation, it requires the continuous support of the government and departments and branches.

For example, in the research phase, the government has the role of orienting planning, providing information on land funds, development potential... as a basis for enterprises to develop investment plans. When entering the project establishment and appraisal phase, this role is focused on coordinating review, guiding investors to complete documents, ensuring compliance with the law and in accordance with local development planning. During the approval process, the coordination to remove obstacles, shorten procedures, and create a transparent and favorable environment is raised. When the project is implemented, the accompaniment will be shown more specifically and focus on contents such as: Support for site clearance, connecting technical infrastructure, construction licensing procedures, fire prevention and fighting, monitoring progress, ensuring project construction safety, quality, and on schedule...

During this process, with its role, the Center is implementing and coordinating to support investors quite effectively.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thao, Director of the Center shared, our point of view is to put ourselves in the position of investors, clearly understand the difficulties and obstacles in each stage of the project from the time of researching ideas, learning about policy mechanisms, until implementation on the field. With the assigned role and tasks, the Center always proactively acts as a bridge between investors and relevant authorities, reviews procedures to provide clear and transparent instructions; at the same time, coordinates to receive and resolve difficulties early and remotely for investors.

“The spirit of companionship and support does not stop at just handling documents, but also working with investors to build and realize the project, because only when the project is successful will it bring direct benefits to the city,” Ms. Thao shared.

Thanks to the timely support and accompaniment of the government, departments, branches and the Center, many projects after being started were quickly completed, put into operation and brought "sweet fruits", creating important changes in local socio-economic development. More importantly, the success of these projects has become a vivid demonstration of the effectiveness of flexible, effective and creative support and companionship mechanisms, thereby building trust from businesses, investors with the government and departments, branches...
