Cau Giay Ward: Taking digital transformation as a breakthrough for development

On August 28, the Executive Committee of the Cau Giay Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, held the first Conference to discuss and decide on many important contents to orient the development of the locality in the new period.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing important reports, including summarizing the organization of the first Ward Party Congress; giving opinions on the draft Resolution on strengthening the Party's leadership in the task of ensuring security, order and building the ward police force. In particular, the conference approved the socio -economic development plan for the 2026-2030 period with many ambitious targets.

Specifically, Cau Giay Ward strives to collect 100% of the annual budget; the growth rate of total product value reaches 10.5%/year or more; maintain the title of Cultural Residential Group reaching 80% or more and Cultural Family reaching 90% or more.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Thi Phuong Hoa, Party Secretary, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Cau Giay Ward, requested the Party Committee, the government and all cadres and Party members to promote the spirit of solidarity to comprehensively complete the goals. In the immediate future, she requested to focus on disseminating, propagating and building an action program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Ward. At the same time, Party building work must be given special attention, continuing to review and perfect the organizational apparatus, and at the same time, well implementing the reception and operation of the Party member database on the new management software.

Emphasizing the breakthrough task, the Party Secretary of Cau Giay Ward requested to promote administrative reform, digital transformation, and strictly implement administrative discipline and order. According to her, this is the key to improving the efficiency of the political system in the spirit of serving the people.

Regarding other tasks, comrade Tran Thi Phuong Hoa directed functional units to strengthen the maintenance of political security, order, and social safety, grasp the situation at the grassroots level to promptly handle arising incidents, ensuring a peaceful life for the people. At the same time, the ward will continue to organize practical and meaningful activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, thereby educating patriotism and national pride among the people.
