Accordingly, the above plan has an area of 806.61 hectares, divided into 3 groups, equivalent to 7 areas, including: The auction group has 2 areas with an area of 58.12 hectares; the bidding group has 3 areas with an area of 685.8 hectares, bidding to select investors for residential land, residential land combined with commercial services, commercial services land. The public investment group alone has 2 areas with an area of 89.69 hectares, including the area to create resettlement land fund and reserve for future social housing development and the area for headquarters of agencies,education , healthcare, parks, etc.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the implementation situation, for example in Zone I, the auction group is mainly land managed by the State (Hong Phu Forest Management and Protection Board), but there are some households encroaching and occupying to grow crops on the land that the Center has prepared compensation and support records for the crops on the land. The households have received money and handed over the land to the State, but currently some households have returned to re-occupy or encroach on the land to build houses, architectural structures and plant trees on the land. Recently, local authorities and related units have been advising on handling acts of encroachment and re-occupation of land, ensuring clean land to carry out auction work according to regulations...
The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the actual situation and the difficulties and shortcomings of the project. At the same time, they listened to reports from relevant units on auction plans and solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the coming time. Thereby, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to review and re-evaluate the current status of land funds on both sides of Vo Nguyen Giap Street.
