In this session, profit-taking pressure was quite high but demand was also strong, so liquidity was high. The entire floor had nearly 31,900 billion VND changed hands, an increase of about 14% compared to the previous session.
SSI securities shares achieved the highest liquidity with more than VND 1,800 billion traded; followed by steel industry shares HPB (nearly VND 1,700 billion), FPT (over VND 1,300 billion), VCI (nearly VND 1,200 billion).

With positive developments from Vin stocks, real estate stocks performed best in this session. These are the codes that strongly support the market. VIC contributed more than 6 points to the VN-Index, VHM contributed more than 1.8 points.
In addition, the positive performance of the three industry groups of banking, securities and steel also contributed greatly to the market.
However, the industry groups with decreasing scores dominated; in which, telecommunications services, essential goods trade, consumer services, media and entertainment were the industries that decreased by more than 1%.
