Previously, at around 10am on July 11, while fishing, Mr. Tra unfortunately slipped from a height of about 3 meters, hit his back hard on the side of the ship and fell into the sea. The strong impact caused him severe pain in his lower back, showing signs of difficulty moving and suspected musculoskeletal injuries. He was then rescued by the crew, given first aid and brought back to the ship.
At around 2:15 p.m. on July 11, the patient was admitted to Song Tu Tay Island Infirmary with severe pain in the left lumbar region, limited mobility, and mental fatigue after a night at sea. Through examination, the initial diagnosis determined: severe soft tissue injury in the left lumbar region due to a fall from a height, requiring close monitoring of internal and urinary complications.
