On the morning of September 17, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam chaired a meeting with the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee to assess the implementation of Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas and Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW on planning, construction, management, and sustainable development of Vietnamese urban areas.
