Reporting to the working group, Mr. Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Director of Project Management Board 85, said that for Component Project 2, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, contractors have completed about 65% of the roadbed embankment output. However, since mid-May, due to heavy rain, the roadbed embankment construction has encountered many difficulties.
Regarding stone materials, contractors have gathered about 40% of the stone needed for construction work at the construction site. To ensure the goal of opening the main route to traffic before December 19, contractors are focusing on working in "3 shifts, 4 shifts", making the most of the time with favorable weather conditions to speed up construction progress.

Currently, when the site clearance work and construction materials have basically met the demand, contractors must increase the construction work to "3 shifts, 4 shifts", "working day and night". In particular, according to Minister Tran Hong Minh, in rainy weather conditions, investors must direct contractors to increase manpower and machinery to take advantage of sunny weather to speed up construction progress.
