Many cultural and artistic activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

At 8:00 p.m. on August 30 and September 1, at Nghia Long Lake ( Bac Giang Ward), Nguyen Phi Y Lan Lake (Kinh Bac Ward), there will be a folk art program "Reunion of Bamboo and Mai" jointly organized by Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater, Bac Ninh Cheo Theater and the Provincial Center for Culture and Tourism Promotion. During the 90 - 120 minute period, on a uniquely designed stage with 5 dragon boats moving on the lake, artists, actors and musicians will bring many special performances such as Quan Ho singing, Cheo Co, songs praising the revolution...

Also on these days, at 3/2 Square (Bac Giang Ward) and Bac Ninh Museum No. 2, the Dong Ngu water puppet show will take place, recreating folk tales and vivid countryside stories, promising to bring an atmosphere that is both intimate and rich in identity, so that the public, especially the young generation, can become more attached to their homeland's traditions.

The highlight is that on the evening of September 2, two large-scale art programs will take place at 3-2 Square and Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square (Vu Ninh Ward). At 3-2 Square, the program with the theme "Shape of the Country - Radiant Vietnam" includes three chapters: Independence - Freedom, Happiness and New Era with many performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland and the aspiration to build the country. Many famous singers, winners of high prizes in music competitions will participate in the program such as: Minh The, Huyen Anh, Minh Ngoc, Minh Hang, Hong Phong, rapper RamC, Hoang Yen, Van Tuan, Quoc Viet, Khuc Xuan Duc, Duc Thanh, Viet Thanh ... along with members of art clubs, zumba, folk dance and 240 students participating in flashmob performances.

At the Kinh Bac Cultural Center Square, the art program "Bac Ninh - Integration and Shine" is performed by artists of Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater, Bac Ninh Cultural and Tourism Promotion Center, singers, artists, and dance groups Medusa and Candy. The program consists of three parts: Faith for the Party, Pride in Kinh Bac, and Bac Ninh shining with a combination of singing, dancing, music, Quan Ho folk songs and revolutionary songs praising the homeland and country. Meritorious Artists: Trung Kien, Minh Thuy, artist Van Dung, singer Duong Duc (Sao Mai 2022) ... will perform in this art night. Immediately after the end of the program, high-altitude and low-altitude fireworks displays will take place at the two locations above.

In particular, from August 28 to September 5, Bac Ninh participated in the National Achievements Exhibition at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi). With the theme "Bac Ninh - a thousand years of culture - Aspiration to rise in the new era", the Bac Ninh exhibition space comprehensively introduces the development picture of the province in the fields of politics, economy, culture - society, science - technology, national defense - security, foreign affairs. Many folk cultural experience activities are held here such as demonstration of Dong Ho painting making, woodblock printing techniques of Vinh Nghiem pagoda, introduction of cuisine; Quan Ho folk songs, Ca Tru, Then singing - intangible cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO, contributing to spreading the value of Bac Ninh heritage to a large number of tourists.

On this occasion, the Provincial Library organized an exhibition of more than 500 books and newspapers about President Ho Chi Minh, the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The Provincial Center for Culture and Tourism Promotion organized free mobile film screenings in some wards, communes and units to serve cadres and people.

The series of activities aims to review the glorious historical traditions of the nation, pay tribute to generations of fathers and brothers; arouse pride, solidarity, encourage cadres, party members and people to enthusiastically compete in labor, study, and contribute to building Bac Ninh province to be more and more beautiful and civilized. At the same time, widely promote the image of Kinh Bac homeland - a land of thousands of years of civilization, rich in cultural identity to domestic and international friends.
