Apartment buyers at An Trung 2 social housing project need to provide additional personal documents.

To unify the documents serving the review and approval of apartment purchase registration at the An Trung 2 social housing project, the Department of Construction has added some content to Notice 4229/TB-SXD dated May 27 on opening for sale of apartments at this project.

As reported by Da Nang Online in the article "Opening for sale 633 apartments at An Trung 2 social housing project" on May 27, the Department of Construction issued Notice No. 4229/TB-SXD on the official opening for sale of 633 apartments at Blocks A and B of An Trung 2 social housing project (An Hai Nam ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city).

After the above notice was issued, on June 4, the Department of Construction received Official Dispatch No. 48-25/CV-LD DMC-579 from the investor, the DMC-579 Joint Venture, regarding the provision of accompanying documents when submitting an application to purchase social housing at blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 social housing project.

Therefore, to unify the documents and file components serving the work of receiving and approving social housing registration applications, the Department of Construction added some contents to Notice No. 4229/TB-SXD.

In addition to the components of the application for social housing purchase registration according to the instructions in Notice No. 4229/TB-SXD, to check the correct applicant and supplement information for the review and signing of the housing purchase contract, the Department of Construction requests that applicants for social housing purchase registration bring some personal documents: certified copies of the citizen identification cards of the applicant and the applicant's spouse (if married), certified copies of the marriage certificate (if married) or certificate of marital status (if single).

In case of authorization to submit the application, bring a valid authorization letter and the ID card of the authorized person.

Regarding the guidance on the authority to confirm documents proving that the subjects are entitled to social housing support policies for low-income people in urban areas (without labor contracts), add the content "The People's Committee at the commune level shall confirm documents proving that the subjects as prescribed in Clause 5, Article 76 of the Housing Law (in case there is no labor contract) are permanently or temporarily residing in the locality according to the authority at Point c, Clause 1, Article 38 of Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government ".
