Regarding the work of the Party building organization sector of Ho Chi Minh City in the past 6 months, Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Committee Truong Minh Phuoc said that the Party Committee's Organization Committee has implemented many important contents. In particular, it has advised the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to issue 3 projects on the organization and apparatus arrangement; guided some key contents for the Standing Committees of the District Party Committee, District Party Committee, Thu Duc City Party Committee and the newly established Standing Committees of the Party Committees of wards and communes to focus on implementing according to their authority to be ready to operate on July 1.

The Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also coordinated with the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to issue a resolution to complete the personnel of the 3 sub-committees of the 12th Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress on the basis of inviting the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and a number of relevant agencies of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Binh Duong province. At the meeting, the Organizing Committees of the localities also reported on preparations for the official operation of the two-level local government apparatus on July 1; on the organization of branch congresses, grassroots party committees and preparations for the Party Congresses of new communes and wards after the rearrangement.

Delegates also proposed difficulties and obstacles, requesting the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organizing Committee to support in resolving them so that the operation of grassroots Party organizations can operate stably as soon as the apparatus arrangement is announced.

At the meeting, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Dinh Thanh Nhan noted that localities should study the establishment of a working group to hand over assets in districts. In particular, it is necessary to establish a key deputy leadership structure of new wards and communes to continue monitoring after the district level is no longer available, according to the suggestion of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Along with that, be careful in handling and liquidating machinery and equipment when no longer in use to avoid violating regulations on information security.

According to comrade Dinh Thanh Nhan, in the current context, it is necessary to requisition the information technology team to support and guide people in carrying out administrative procedures, especially in the first days after operating the 2-level local government.

Concluding the working session, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Committee Huynh Cach Mang praised the efforts of the officials and civil servants of the Organization Committees of the District Party Committees, the Thu Duc City Party Committee in carrying out political tasks, especially in the arrangement of the organizational apparatus in the past time.

He also requested that localities and each cadre and civil servant must determine their positions, functions and tasks, and demonstrate their dedication in the historical moment of the country and Ho Chi Minh City; continue to coordinate smoothly with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces to complete the tasks of reorganizing the apparatus, and be ready to operate the 2-level local government apparatus.
