Improve knowledge, update new information for Lam Dong tour guides

From August 26 to 28, Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the first training course for domestic and international tour guides in 2025.

The course is implemented to promptly update basic contents and State regulations on tourism business activities; improve knowledge and update new information for tour guides in Lam Dong province.

Training and fostering to improve the professional qualifications, skills and behavioral skills of tour guides in the tourism industry. At the same time, it is the basis for issuing and exchanging international tour guide cards and domestic tour guide cards in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Instructors attend knowledge update course

The course was attended by 38 students who are domestic tour guides and international tour guides with tour guide cards issued by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong. The training content closely follows the state management organization system on tourism; new legal documents related to tourism; the economic, political and social situation of the country; measures to ensure security and safety for tourists; the development of Vietnam tourism and information on new and key tourism products of Lam Dong.

According to the leader of Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, after the merger, Lam Dong province has many potentials and strengths. In particular, tourism is expected to have a lot of room for development, striving to become a tourist center of the country.

The trend of green and sustainable tourism places increasingly high demands, requiring high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the new period.
