Ambassador Do Duc Thanh spoke at the Festival.

This is the second year the Embassy has participated in the Festival, following the success of the previous event, leaving a good impression on participants.

At the booth displaying and introducing Vietnamese products, many visitors were surprised and delighted to learn that Vietnam is the second largest coffee exporter in the world with 1.34 million tons and 5.6 billion USD in 2024. In Vietnam, more than 700 hectares are exploited to grow coffee, bringing good income and significantly improving the lives of local people.

A feature of the Vietnamese pavilion is the coffee counter, continuing the success of the “coffee diplomacy ” event that brought a unique and new experience to visitors at last year’s Mogosoaia Festival.

This year, in addition to cups of coffee brewed with an unforgettable rich flavor, diners can also enjoy dishes made from coffee such as coffee-flavored cakes, candies, coffee jelly, etc.

Some visitors who had previously enjoyed Vietnamese coffee came to the Festival to experience the rich flavor again. Some visitors who enjoyed it for the first time were very impressed with Vietnamese coffee and said they would buy and use it more often.

The festival is also a place for the Embassy to introduce Vietnamese culture to international friends. Opening the performance, the symphony orchestra brought traditional songs such as “Trong Com”, “Di Cay”, “Bèo Dat May Troi”… remixed with the classical sounds of string instruments, bringing an experience that is both familiar and strange.
