Regarding the product consumption plan for the social housing area, the investor sells houses to beneficiaries of social housing policies according to the law; in which priority is given to those who are renting houses in degraded apartment buildings and collective housing areas owned by the state in the city center that must be relocated, cleared, and demolished according to the law. The commercial service area is leased by the investor to provide utilities and services to residents in the project and neighboring areas.
