Phuoc Son District Front has successfully completed its tasks for 5 consecutive years.

Implementing the Resolution of the 9th District Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (term 2019-2024), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee from the district to the grassroots level has promoted its core political role; proactively advised and proposed to the Party Committee; coordinated with the government; negotiated, assigned tasks, and agreed on actions with member organizations; actively innovated the content and methods of operation; proactively developed programs and plans to implement tasks in various fields to complete the action program for the term 2019-2024 in a specific, substantive and effective manner.

Focus on innovating and improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work, gathering people from all walks of life to participate in emulation movements and campaigns, responding to the implementation of national target programs deployed in the district; especially advising on organizing the implementation of the Campaign " Changing the thinking and working methods of ethnic minorities to gradually rise out of poverty sustainably "; the great national solidarity bloc is constantly consolidated and expanded; the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are enhanced.

Every year, the Front presides over the negotiation, assignment, and signing of coordination programs with member organizations to consolidate, maintain, and establish new models of joining hands to build new rural areas, reduce poverty, and register to help poor households escape poverty sustainably. From 2019 to present, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in Phuoc Son district have helped 71 poor and near-poor households escape poverty sustainably; mobilized people to participate in donating ^91,206m2 of land, contributing 811 working days to build new rural areas.

The “For the Poor” Fund has mobilized with specific targets and targets, and has mobilized 2,224 million VND to support the construction of 44 solidarity houses/1,499 million VND, repair 7 houses/30.5 million VND; support for medical examination and treatment of serious illnesses, cases of sudden difficulties and support for social security programs.

The work of mobilizing, caring for, and helping the poor, near-poor, and households affected by natural disasters has always been of interest to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and its member organizations. Storm No. 9 in 2020 marked the term of operation of the Phuoc Son District Fatherland Front. Despite the lack of front staff (lack of chairman), with high determination, the District Front has made efforts to welcome over 100 volunteer groups to support 40,075 gifts for people affected by natural disasters; mobilized, managed, and used the relief fund strictly, ensuring regulations.

The role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people has been enhanced; social supervision and criticism activities, and participation in giving opinions on Party building and government building have focused on issues of public concern, implemented according to strict, quality and effective procedures; forums for direct dialogue with the people and people's democracy forums have been focused on; thereby, contributing to promoting democracy, strengthening social consensus, tightening the flesh-and-blood relationship between the Party, the State and the people, and promoting the completion of socio -economic development targets and tasks in the locality.

As a result, for 5 consecutive years (2019 - 2024), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Son district has excellently completed its tasks; for many years, it has held the leading position in the emulation cluster of 9 mountainous districts, many typical collectives and individuals have been commended by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Provincial People's Committee.
