According to the Ministry of National Defense's electronic information portal, the working group inspected the locations where the foreign military delegation will be expected to eat, rest, live and practice. The group also listened to representatives of agencies and units report on logistics, medical care, security and service conditions for the foreign military delegation during their stay and participation in activities in Vietnam.

In his speech, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Truong Thang acknowledged the sense of responsibility, initiative, and close coordination of agencies and units in the preparation work. He requested agencies and units, according to their assigned tasks, to continue to comprehensively review the work contents, proactively coordinate closely and promptly to ensure the best service for the military delegations of various countries.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Truong Thang emphasized the need to ensure security and safety, and to avoid any negligence during the process of welcoming, receiving, and organizing activities related to the military delegations from various countries. The authorities need to proactively develop plans, coordinate synchronously, and flexibly handle situations, and not be passive or surprised.
Along with that, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Truong Thang requested to continue to do a good job in logistics and military medicine, carefully prepare places to eat, rest, live, take care of health, ensure food hygiene and safety, and prevent epidemics for the international military delegation.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Truong Thang affirmed that welcoming and receiving military delegations from other countries is an important defense foreign affairs task, contributing to affirming the position and prestige of the Vietnam People's Army, while demonstrating the friendly, responsible and hospitable image of the country, people and Vietnam People's Army.
