Accordingly, the Department of Construction requires transport enterprises and cooperatives to develop plans to increase vehicles on fixed routes and report to issue badges promptly. Participating vehicles must ensure technical safety, list fares according to regulations, and absolutely not arbitrarily increase prices or overload.
Bus stations and inland waterway stations must complete passenger service plans early, and coordinate with local police to ensure security and order. In particular, support for the elderly, children, and people with disabilities is emphasized, along with the implementation of online ticket sales and public posting of ticket prices to avoid speculation.
The Department of Construction also requested the Transport Management Department to prepare sufficient human resources to issue additional vehicle badges and closely monitor the activities of drivers and assistants. Violations such as overloading, arbitrarily increasing fares, and illegal buses and stations will be strictly handled.

The Traffic Management Department is assigned to coordinate with functional forces to regulate traffic and ensure smooth traffic on key routes such as National Highway 4D (Lao Cai - Sa Pa), National Highway 32, Provincial Road 156, Provincial Road 158, promptly overcome landslides during the rainy season, and ensure smooth traffic.
With careful preparation from transport businesses and strong direction from management agencies, people and tourists can rest assured about a safe and meaningful National Day holiday on September 2.
