Accordingly, from June 16, 5 new communes of Tri Ton district will conduct a trial operation of the commune-level public administrative service center. Each public administrative service center will be arranged to ensure at least 10 transaction counters; the communes and towns where the center is located will arrange 5 civil servants; the remaining 2 merged communes and towns will each arrange 2 civil servants (1 civil servant in charge of household registration and 1 civil servant in charge of land) to participate in the operation.
During the trial period of the commune-level public administrative service center, the files related to each locality will be received, processed and results returned to the people by the People's Committee of that locality until the new administrative unit is established and the commune-level public administrative service center officially comes into operation. During the trial period, files received before 9:30 a.m. and before 3:30 p.m. will be processed and results returned during the file reception session; files received during the above time will be processed and results returned during the next working session. Particularly for files that require additional information verification, the time to return results must not exceed the time for handling administrative procedures according to current regulations.
Through actual inspection, it was found that there were quite a lot of people coming to transact, they were very happy because they were served attentively, thoughtfully and in accordance with regulations.
