"The unit is highly focused on implementing the Action Program after the Party Congress, so all tasks are carefully and scientifically arranged," shared Senior Lieutenant Hoang Minh Duc, Platoon Leader of Platoon 9 (Company 3, Battalion 1).

The first clear impression is the innovation in training methods, in the direction of "improving practice, sticking to real situations, and increasing night training".

According to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Viet Manh, Political Commissar of Battalion 1, this helps to train the ability to master combat plans, enhancing the flexibility of the troops. In order to concretize the action program to implement the Resolution of the Brigade Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with positive results right from the first week and month, the Party Committee and command of Battalion 1 have thoroughly instructed all cadres in the unit to always stay close to the troops, closely follow the contents and topics in training, and focus on setting an example in words and actions, so that non-commissioned officers and soldiers can learn and follow.

Private First Class Lu Van Linh (Squad 7, Platoon 9, Company 3, Battalion 1) shared: “Right after the unit congress, the Battalion commander thoroughly grasped the resolution and action plan to implement the Brigade Party Resolution to all officers and soldiers in the unit. My entire squad clearly defined the training goals and was determined to achieve results right from the first week and month.”

At a training session of Battalion 2, under the scorching sun of the Central region, at each artillery position, the commander's command still resounded loudly. After the shout, the actions of bringing the artillery into position, finding the firing element, aiming and ending the firing were carried out skillfully and accurately by the unit's officers and soldiers. Here, the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, training well, training strictly, being ready to fight" is not just a slogan, but has become a vivid reality on each position.

Captain Trinh Huu Son, Deputy Political Commissar of Battalion 2, said: “In the unit, we not only practice combat plans, but also forge a spirit of steel and the ability to endure hardships for the troops, so that the whole unit shares the same will and action, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Brigade Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.”

Another important highlight in the action program of the Brigade Party Committee is to ensure adequate logistics, technology, and finance for all tasks. In the concentrated production area, lush green vegetable beds, fish ponds... are clear evidence of the unit's proactiveness and "sufficient food, strong soldiers".

In the action program to implement the Resolution of the Brigade Party Congress, the Congress identified the following goals: Building a politically strong Brigade, 100% of officers and soldiers with steadfast political will, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks. Making a breakthrough in improving the quality of training; during the term, 85-100% of leaders, commanders, non-commissioned officers and soldiers will complete their assigned duties and tasks well; making a breakthrough in building lean, strong, modern agencies and units, strictly complying with regulations on organization and staffing, units performing training tasks, combat readiness, with a military strength of 95% or more; combat-ready units with a military strength of 100%...
