Pursuant to Decision No. 4052/QD-BCT dated December 31, 2024 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the assignment of the national industrial promotion budget plan for 2025. The Center for Innovation and Industrial Promotion (Center) is assigned to organize the Product Consumption Promotion Program for Rural Industrial Establishments (Program) to support enterprises and industrial and handicraft production establishments in promoting brands, introducing products, finding partners, promoting investment and promoting production and business cooperation.
In order to have a basis for developing an estimate of the implementation cost and submitting it to the competent authority for approval of the project implementation task, the Center respectfully requests that interested units provide information and prices of services, with the following contents:
1. General information about the program:
- Project name: Organizing a product consumption promotion program for rural industrial establishments;
- Total project implementation cost: 1,800 million VND;
- Scale: Organize 03 Programs, each program has about 50 standard booths, including:
+ Program 01
* Venue: In front of Ha Dong cultural, entertainment and sports park, Ha Tri street, Ha Dong ward, Hanoi city.
* Expected time: 05 days (October 2025).
+ Program 02
* Location: Den Lu Lake area, Hoang Mai ward, Hanoi city
* Expected time: 05 days (October 2025).
+ Program 03
* Location: Tan Duong 1 Village, Nam Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province.
* Expected time: 05 days (November 2025).
2. Services for quotation
- Service 01: Design Consulting.
- Service 02: Consulting on detailed price appraisal and estimate.
- Service 03: Consulting on preparing E-bidding documents, evaluating E-bidding documents for service of organizing product promotion programs for rural industrial establishments.
- Service 04: Consulting on E-Bidding Document Appraisal, appraisal of contractor selection results for service organization of product consumption promotion programs for rural industrial establishments.
- Service 05: Organize 03 programs.

3. Quotation deadline: From the date of notification to July 22, 2025
