With a new position and also a new motivation for him to strive, work hard, and contribute to the common development of the ward as well as the province.

At the Public Administration Service Center of Tran Bien Ward, from early morning, hundreds of people came to do administrative procedures. The new ward has a large population, so the number of people and business representatives coming to do administrative procedures is recorded to have increased many times compared to a single ward as before.

Coming to do the procedures for granting and exchanging the Land Use Right Certificate, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, a resident of this ward, said that in the morning of the same day, after submitting his application at the Public Administration Service Center of the ward, it was received for processing after only 10 minutes. According to Mr. Tuan, compared to the old ward, there were more people coming to do the procedures in the new ward, but the application was received and processed faster, so he felt satisfied.

Determining that the organization of the 2-level local government apparatus is to be close to the people and promptly resolve procedures for the people, right in the first working session, the leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Tran Bien ward directly inspected and directed the work of receiving people, receiving documents and resolving procedures for the people so that people do not have to wait long.

Comrade Ho Van Nam, Member of the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Tran Bien Ward, said that in addition to arranging and organizing the streamlined and scientific apparatus at the ward level, the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee has led and directed the Ward People's Committee to focus on completing the preparation of the local Public Administration Service Center. Up to now, the ward has a Public Administration Service Center with full infrastructure, internet connection, and adequate equipment to receive documents from people and businesses.

For the staff receiving and handling administrative procedures, the ward has selected nearly 20 officers and civil servants who meet the requirements of professional capacity in various fields, have flexible and friendly manners and behaviors to receive and handle procedures right at the ward's Public Administration Center. In particular, the ward leaders have directed and assigned tasks to the officers to clearly define the person and the job to ensure that people's records are processed quickly, avoiding causing difficulties, troubles, and harassment when people and businesses come to carry out administrative procedures.

Along with Tran Bien ward, the remaining 94 wards and communes in Dong Nai province also entered a new working day in a serious, responsible and effective atmosphere. Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that the consistent direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee to the wards and communes is not to interrupt activities on the first working day after the merger of provincial and ward-commune administrative units in the area.

In addition to the urban wards that are favorable in many aspects, the provincial leaders have also directed relevant departments and branches as well as local Party committees and authorities in remote communes to closely support people in handling administrative procedures in the locality when the material conditions are still difficult.
